Mein Arbeitsalltag in der Landwirtschaft

Mein Name ist Christian und ich arbeite seit letztem Jahr im Landwirtschafts-Team.

Der Einstieg wurde mir sehr leicht gemacht, da das Team sehr freundlich und geduldig ist. Alle Tätigkeiten werden langsam und mehrfach erklärt. Man bekommt am Anfang einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter zur Seite gestellt, der einen alles zeigt und erklärt. Die Kollegen sind sehr freundlich (besonders wenn das Wetter schön ist) und ich wurde ganz familiär aufgenommen.

Mittlerweile weiß ich, wie der typische Arbeitstag aussieht und wir besprechen früh im Team, wer, welche Aufgabe übernimmt. Am liebsten starte ich mit den Kaninchen. Zuerst schaue ich, ob alle Kaninchen gesund und munter sind. Ich gebe Ihnen Futter, Heu und versorge sie mit Wasser. Danach wird der Stall aufgeräumt und gefegt.

Anschließend schaue ich, ob meine anderen Kollegen noch Hilfe benötigen. Gute Teamarbeit ist hier in der Landwirtschaft sehr wichtig.
